At enviro-gro-lites.co.uk we are committed to protecting your privacy.

We use the information we collect about our customers to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience.  We may also use it to tell you about changes in our services or about special offers we think you might be interested in. All customers are given the option to opt out of our mailing list when completing a transaction. If you wish to change your mind and no longer wish to receive these occasional mailings from us use the link found on the bottom of all our emails and we will remove you from our list. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

You may request in writing details of the personal information that we hold on you and the purpose for which it is held.  We will usually provide such details to you by way of a photocopy or computer print out in the form that such details are held on our system.  However, provision of such information may be subject to an administration charge (as permitted by the legislation).  If you wish to receive details of the information that we hold about you, you should write to the address given at the bottom of these terms and conditions and enclose a cheque for £5 payable to Emporium Projects.  Your request will be met within 40 days.  If you have a concern about a specific use that we are making of your information, it may help us to identify the data in question if you set out details of your concerns in writing.

Shipping Options


Goods are despatched every day (Monday - Friday), w e offer three main delivery options to the UK.

Next Working Day Courier:

Items consigned by our courier service are guaranteed to be delivered before 4pm on the next working day.

The Courier rate shown in our shipping options is for UK Mainland delivery only. Goods sent to customers within the Post Codes listed below will be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels for the same price. An upgrade to courier is possible to these areas, for an additional fee, please email for a quote.

If nobody is available to accept the parcel an instruction card is left for your attention. Failed deliveries will be returned to the delivering depot and held for 48hrs. After this time they will be returned to us and a further delivery charge will be payable in order to re-deliver the goods.

Royal Mail First Class Recorded Packet Service:

Delivery is usually next day but cannot be guaranteed and may take a short while longer.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Service:

Items consigned by this service are guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm on the next working day.

This service should be considered if you are outwith the Mainland coverage of our courier service.

Overseas Customers:

We deliver to most of Europe using services like the Royal Mail Small Packet Service and DHL Europlus. Email us for a quote.

Overseas customers should be aware that different warranty terms apply to sales outside of the UK.

  1. None of the carriers we use offer insurance cover for glass items, your goods will be well packed but we accept no responsibility for any damage or loss to your goods while in transit. Once we deliver your goods to the carrier the risk becomes yours.
  2. The lamps would be covered by the normal 12 month warranty which is operated on a return to base system. This means should one of your lamps fail you would have to return it to us at your own cost and pay the carriage for the replacement to be sent to you.
  3. Buying from us indicates that you understand and accept these conditions.

Placing an Order


Ordering from the enviro-gro-lites online shop is very easy.  When you find an item you want to buy just click the Click to Buy button and the item will be added to your shopping basket. If you require more than one of each item the quantity may be changed in your basket.

At any time you may review your choices by selecting the View Shopping Basket button.  At this time you may change the quantities you have purchased or remove items completely from your order.

When you have finished selecting items, select the Checkout button. We offer more than one method for paying for your goods, see here for more details.

Ordering from enviro-gro-lites.co.uk is secure.  We use SSL encryption to protect your credit card details.  For more information see Credit Card Security

After paying for your order you will be returned to enviro-gro-lites and provided with an online receipt for your purchase.  This receipt contains information about your order and we recommend you print a copy for your own use.  You will be sent an email confirming your purchases.

If any item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock we will advise you immediately of any change in our usual despatch time.  You will be told of any expected extended delivery schedule and may at this time cancel your order.  Please follow our cancellation procedure.

Cancelling an Order


If you wish to cancel your order at any time, please supply full order details together with your reason for cancelling.  Cancellation is only possible up to the point we dispatch your order.  If your order has already been dispatched to you, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Returns Policy


Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000). You must inform us by post or email, within 7 days of receiving the goods, of your intention to return them. You must include your invoice number in your communication. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition suitable for resale. You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Full details of how to return your goods will be emailed to you. Under certain circumstances a 25% re-stocking fee may be charged (please email us for details).

IMPORTANT: You must contact us before returning goods to obtain a RTA (Returns Authorisation Number), goods returned without a valid RTA will be refused and returned to sender. Goods remain your property until we confirm we have have received them.

Please allow 14 days (in addition to the delivery time) for the return to be processed, refunds will be given in the same tender type as the original payment.

We will be happy to assist with clarification of any of the above points.

Overseas Customers:

The Distance Selling regulations do not apply to overseas customers who should be aware of the following specific terms relating to their purchases:
